I decided I should take advantage of this unseasonably warm weather and go for a nice, long jog this afternoon, I was feeling pretty good right up until I actually started, then I was immediately reminded I strained my right quadricep playing soccer last night. I only ended up doing a little over 2 miles before deciding that the wise decision was to give the sore muscle a break. As disappointed as I was, one of the Lessons of training is knowing when to Not push yourself.
