Don't believe everything you read, that label may say "barley wine" but it really isn't. We'll just call it a "strong ale" and be done with it

What it IS is Strong, in flavor if not particularly alohol percentage (although at 5.7 it isn't really lightweight!)

So this one needs to age for a while, to mellow out that flavor. Expect to see it for Halloween!
