For those of you who are interested in some of our so-called "experimental" projects:

Yesterday, with help from the legendary Ryu (while Lemurs slept on couches) our Pineapple Lambic was bottled. It still needs to bottle condition for a good two months, and then it still may need to age for a while, but we will at least try it then. None of this stopped us from taking a couple little sips, and I'll say this much: it tastes like pineapple, and its alcoholic (over 7.5% ABV!), but it is hard to truly gauge the final taste at this point.

In the meantime, I have taken it upon myself to try some of the Senor Hothead Amber Ale. It is only a matter of time before the "secret ingredient" becomes more or less common knowledge, but that isn't going to stop me from continuing to be coy about it. It is a strong beer (7.5% ABV) and a nice amber color. The aftertaste is certainly distinct, but not too strong, in my opinion. I think is pretty not bad!
