Yes, Pineapple Beer, commisioned and inspired by Ryutaro Murai. WILL happen, and hopefully be out by the end of the summer, it all hinges on equipment availability, and there is a brand new carboy sitting in the living room... GREG????!!!!

BTW, rhubarb sounds horrible... BUT I've had strawberry-rhubarb pie before that was quite wonderful. Now Strawberry-Rhubarb beer could work.

Other than that, I'm going to make up some Barley Wine sometime soon... no real rush, but it needs at least 3 Months of bottle conditioning (after the usual +or- 6 weeks of fermenting), and I'd aim to have it out for October/November.

Yessir, bloging now... I must say it is quitet fantastic. Pineapple Brew huh? Sounds intriguing. Might as well do it. If it doesnt turn fogetaboutit. Did I tell ya i am gonna make a Rhubard Ale? How bout Pineapple Rhubard?
